The worst service ever got a rental due to accident I stayed in contact with budget the whole time of rental which insurance was paying for at end of rental I was charged 320.00 dollars for the rental my receipt said I owe nothing and it was taking care of call budget they told me it wasnt there problem take it up with insurance they was the middle man I ask them why did they they tell me to stay in the rental and it was approved if it wasnt approved they said the insurance company normal takes care of everything they didnt know why they didnt so they had to charge somebody.i shouldnt been charged my receipt said zero so why was my card charged
