EXCELLENT and TRUSTWORTHY service. I would have given them 10 stars if it was possible. I took my 2007 Tahoe to a well known chain that I will not name and they said my ball joints and arms were shot and needed to be replaced at the tune of $1,400. I went to Casey's for a second opinion and price quote to do the job, which I normally do not do. After taking the truck back in the shop and three test drives to confirm there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. They could have easily just confirmed the original problem from the other location and grabbed some quick business but they had too much integrity. To top it off, they refused to charge a diagnostic fee since I had already been screwed over from another place. Talk about customer service! They have made me a new lifetime customer. If you are looking for a honest and trustworthy shop then this is the place. Thanks Ted and your staff!
