I had to go to Dr. Szott for an emergency, and Charles made an appointment for me that morning. Szott is very knowledgeable and figured out the problem quickly, and helped me formulate a plan to get fully treated in a fairly short span of time. Every visit was on time and her office made sure to stay in touch with the endodontist during the surgical procedure phase, as well as checking in on me regularly. Her wait list for new patients is worth it -- she makes sure to examine from every angle and has caught problems, or potential problems, that another dentist wouldn't have. Her staff is amazing and there's a lab for crowns and implants in the office, so you're less likely to have to wait for those. She replaced one veneer gone bad with a crown, and somehow it made all of my teeth look better! I recommend her to anyone looking for a quality dentist in the triad.
