I attended c Hill for 5 months and loved it. Great community and good workouts.

I got injured twice while going. The 2nd injury I tore my rotator cuff. When I alerted the staff they assured me "I would know" if I tore my rotator cuff.

I tried to cautiously continue attending in a gentle manner and heal, but the pain was excruciating. My rotator cuff took 2 years of holistic yoga and swimming to heal.

I got charged 200 dollars during my last transaction with Colloege Hill Crossfit.

This charge occured because my card was on auto draft.

I contacted c Hill the day after the auto draft to explain that I could not carry on for the forseable future since I had seriously injured myself in their facility and was unable to perform even basic workouts.

This injury was almost certainly due to poor instruction, as I used very low weight and all efforts to follow perfect form.

College Hill Crossfit would not return my money even after I had loyally attended for months and only quit due to serious injury achieved while following their instruction in their facility.

To be clear the exorbitant ammount of money that was stolen from me was for prepaid classes that I could not use.

I would have almost certainly returned to c hill if it wasn't for this abhorrent and myopic business tactic.

Perhaps its for the best - since then I have heard of many more serious and long lasting injuries in crossfit.

It's certainly a wonderful exercise and an amazing community of people, but I am glad to exercise in ways that don't severely injure my body.

Bare in mind I know many lucky people that haven't gotten badly injured in crossfit. I however, am not one of them.
