Bad sales experience. Came here to check out a used car I found online. Salesperson did not seem very knowledgeable about the product. I told them my budget with the maximum I can spend and they immediately wanted me to test drive a different car they had in their inventory that was OVER my budget... I should have left right then...

I ended up test driving a few cars. Found one I loved but thought it was a little bit overpriced by maybe $1k or so compared to what I have seen listed at other Subaru dealerships for the same model, mileage and options. They have me in the door, test drive and all, ready to buy today for the right price. When negotiating the sale they refused to budge on the sale price at all, not even a few hundred dollars, not even after the salesperson talked to the sales manager, so I walked away. You guys must not really want to sell the car if you can't knock off a few hundred dollars. No worries, you can keep it.

Here is the kicker. Checked the inventory online the next day as I was curious to see if the car had sold yet. They lowered the price by $1k on the same car I test drove! The very next day!! Really???

Capital’s Service department is aweful (that’s putting it nicely). These reviews are to help fellow customers / Subaru owners, so if you’re able to find another Subaru dealership to take your car - I would highly recommend it.
