My experience was great. Everything was explained well in the initial visit and the installers were very respectful and thorough. After the necessary inspections and hookups ( the contractors were also terrific), we had an unexpected power outage when a nearby transformer blew. The generator kicked on as promised and the house stayed warm and I was even able to bake some bread. I am confident that if bad weather comes and we lose power, we will remain comfortable and safe.
