teller was Terrible.I cam to drive thru!!! but she didnt wanna help me. so instead she tols me to get inside!!! ugh!! so i left and went to the bank near Four season Mall. they were nice people there. wow!!

Terrible, been there a few times while in the area and they are disrespectful, very slow, understaffed and often have to ask somebody else for help on what seems to be the simplest of tasks. After being greeted and summoned to the teller window, I was told since I didn't have my deposit slip visible (I did have it but she didn't see it) to she interrupts and told me to "go over there, get a deposit slip fill it out completely then get back in line..". See immediately turns around and goes to assisting the drive thru window to a customer that had just pulled up as while I have been waiting in line for 10 minutes inside, I left without making a transaction. One other teller was busy, but with 4 other people in line the third teller decides it's lunch time and walks off without helping. Stuff like this really makes me wonder why I have multiple accounts and invest in the company. I think its time to start looking elsewhere. Also an elder lady waiting in line behind me walked out right behind saying the same thing, she also left without making a transaction. Hope somebody important sees this review, if nothing else hope it will steer people away from the Muir Chapel BOA location.
