The pick up and return went extremely well for GSO. I get tired of the long contract where we must all negate a whole list of silly expenses we don't want, but... they all do that. When I returned their attendant smartly gave me a "free" cart to get my two heavy bags into the airport. Give that guy a pay increase! I could have sworn the bill was higher than projected due to having the car for 35 days. They bill based on a cycle so in my case I got two bills. The real positive was the guy with the free baggage cart... loved that! Ergo, I'm giving the service 5 Stars.

Mas was great at the counter. He made sure that i was totally satisfied and he was a joy to talk with. Also Monty she is simply amazing!! They always make me feel special.
